Introducing Blend Faculty
Blend provide an expert leadership, training and coaching resource for individuals in leadership positions and their teams. Initially created to
support NHS staff leading through the Covid19 pandemic; we are now continuing to support a range of health/education/charity and customer facing organisations to improve, adapt and lead their workforce into the future.
Blend’s rigorous selection and the quality assurance of our coaches and leadership practitioners, ensures that every client is matched with the best associate, for their needs. Our project team will support the administration of the work and we have excellent evaluation processes in place to demonstrate outcomes and value for money.
Working with your chosen coach/leadership practitioner, will enable you to explore and better understand the context in which you are working, sift through issues and challenges, and agree and prioritise next steps. We can help you to enhance your strengths and seize opportunities.
